Just repaired a second pair of Tala…

Just repaired a second pair of Tala leggings, poor quality stitching. In fairness the company did offer to replace them if they were less than 6 months old, which they are not, however "sustainable" personally is not 6 months wear. Quality makes an item "sustainable" they were not cheap, I personally expect gym wear to last longer than 6 months!

Cream cropped sweatshirt - stained and marked

My cropped sweatshirt came in packaging that looked like someone from Depop had wrapped it up. Which is okay only this isn’t Depop it’s Tala and I paid a lot for the product. The sweatshirt also had stains and pen marks over it which again is not acceptable given the high standards I had of tala. I have heard similar things about this happening so it’s not uncommon but it’s just disappointing that I didn’t get a new, clean and well packaged product.

Excellent service

Excellent service! I made an error with my shipping address so I contacted customer service. The fault was amended quickly and professionally, all email correspondence was friendly and personal. Really pleased!

Good clothes but they break

Good clothes and fit well but products have broken after a few wears and no-one replies in their customer service team. This has been a common issue amongst my friends as well.

I had an issue with some faulty TALA leggings that I bought back in October. I emailed the TALA team and they were really helpful in handling my issue, very reactive and gave me all the necessary steps to fix the issue.

I forgot to write out my full address in my order and I immediately got emailed. After not seeing the email I was emailed again to inform me they didn’t have the full address. Very good customer service

Veryyyy slow delivery

I have received two requests to review the things I bought (in one order) before they have even arrived. It has been over three weeks (and still nothing yet) to get items that weren't listed as out of stock on the website. I would not recommend if you are looking to receive anything quickly.

"Suistainable" products that break within months

I was really excited when Tala launched but since then everything has been totally opposite than advertised.
I have three leggings in total (two zinnias, one luna). All of them have ripped on the crotch area after less than year of usage. I bought run collection jacket in spring and that has broken also. My two pairs of Hosta shorts have turned to sandpaper in the wash and are now uncomfortable to wear. I am sure that two tala bras will broke in the following monts as well.
I really want to support the brand but after multiple disappointments and waste of huge amount of money, I just simply can´t stand with the company´s values anymore. I rather buy from some other brand that is suistainable when they advertise so. Tala is not even when they continue to advertise so.
